There is a minimal rainy season from November to April but it is not monsoonal. 11월부터 4월까지 가벼운 우기가 있으나 장마 정도는 아닙니다.
Streets may ice over in February. And a raincoat and umbrella are a must during the rainy season, which starts in early June and ends in late July. 특히 2월이 제일 추우며, 시내의 도로가 얼기도 합니다. 장마 시기는 대부분 6월 상순쯤부터 시작되어, 7월 하순에 끝납니다.
